Parade Assembly Site & Route
Assembly Site
Parade participants (no spectators, please) assemble on parade day between 8 and 10 a.m. in the Panther Island Pavilion parking lot using the 395 Purcey St. entry off North Forest Park Blvd. There’s limited parking in the lot, so register early and plan to arrive early. Still have questions? Don’t hesitate to contact the Tarrant County Veterans Council via email at Parade@tcvc.us.
Parade Route
Enjoy watching the bands, JROTC units (the finest of our young citizens), and the famed Horse Cavalry Detachment of the 1st Cavalry Division from Fort Hood. They’ll join several civic organizations and veterans’ groups parading down North Forest Park Blvd. along the Clear Fork section of the Trinity Trails system to Rotary Plaza, then back to Panther Island.
Viewing Area

Spectators can picnic along the Trinity while viewing the parade on the west side of downtown Fort Worth. Plenty of spectator parking is available at the Fort Worth city lot (old Pier One headquarters) at 5th Street and North Forrest Park Blvd. There’s additional free parking on the west side of the river (crossover walkway at Rotary Park) and limited off road along North Forrest Park Blvd.
